Rafik A. Nasr, M.D.,FAAFP,DABMA

Family Practice and Anti- Aging Physician

Dr. Rafik Nasr has been a Board Certified Primary Care Physician in Calvert County for twenty years. He is also Board Certified in Acupuncture with training in Chinese and French energetic styles of Acupuncture. Currently, Dr. Nasr is pursuing a Masters degree in Anti- Aging Medicine & Regenerative Medicine as well as a Masters degree in Cosmetic Medicine.

Dr. Nasr became a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine, then on to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Medical Acupuncturists. He joined the American College for the Advancement of Medicine, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society, the Defeat Autism Now Society and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He has obtained certification from the International Society of Mesotherapy and the American Society of Aesthetic Mesotherapy. He has attended training and workshops for Aesthetic Laser safety operation, Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Bio-Identical Hormones, Chronic Diseases and Lifestyle Modification.

Dr.Nasr envisions blending an approach of health and wellness with traditional and conventional medicine. Five years ago Dr.Nasr opened Heaven & Earth MediSpa offering a wide variety of services. Julie Lynn Anderson,  Office Manager and Aesthetic Specialist

 Julie was born in England and eventually landed in Southern Maryland, she has lived in the area for the past 17 years. Julie joined Heaven & Earth MediSpa to help broden services and work along side Dr.Nasr to educate patients in Anti-aging Medicine. Julie has completed multiple trainings and has received certificates in skin care from Obagi Medical, PCA Skincare, and Jane Iredale Cosmetics. As she continues her education in esthetics, she provides services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels and Laser treatments she also consults with patients to give them a better undertanding of the procedures provided at Heaven & Earth. Julie has had training and is certified with Lumenis One Laser and Sciton Laser.  She has attended multiple esthetic confrences along side Dr.Nasr for Botox, Radiesse, Juvederm and Sciton. Julie enjoys Anti-aging education and finds it especially rewarding to help others understand how mainaining a healthly lifestyle including diet, daily supplements, and a natural hormone balance will extend a youthful lifestyle and apperance. 

 Ashley Marie Bankus,  Massage Therapist

Ashley is a nationally and state certified massage therapist, specializing in therapeutic massage and body treatments (organic body scrubs).  She graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2004 and began her career in Southern Maryland.  She is the massage therapist for Heaven & Earth MediSpa.  Ashley has become especially fond of body treatments, "these are my favorite services to provide.  If you haven't experienced a body treatment you are missing something heavenly."  She believes massages set the stage for people to allow their bodies to evolve and is passionate about helping her clients.  Ashley, a newlywed, celebrated her marriage less than a year ago at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  Ashley and her husband have a 4-year old American pit-bull terrier named Juliette.

Melissa Ann McKain, Colon Hydrotherapist

 Melissa was born in Parkersburg, WV and relocated to Southern Maryland in 1994 to pursue her career in the medical field.  Melissa is a Colon Hydrotherapist for Heaven & Earth MediSpa.  She completed the LIBBE device training at the Mind Body Institute in San Antonio, TX.  For the past year, she has been providing colon hydrotherapy and infra red sauna services.  Melissa has worked with Dr. Nasr for ten years as a medical assistant.  Over the years she developed a strong interest in alternative medicine.  She enjoys educating her clients about simple lifestyle changes they can do to improve their health.  Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys photography and has interests in decorating and sewing.

Nicole Shelly Lambert, Practice Administrator

Nicole was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised all over the East Coast. Her parents were both in the U.S. Navy which allowed Nicole and her siblings the opportunity to move every few years. Since 2001, Nicole calls Southern Maryland her home. She currently lives in Saint Leonard with her fiancé Christopher and her 5-year old daughter. She is expecting her second child in April. As the Practice Administrator for Heaven & Earth MediSpa, Nicole ensures your visit will be relaxing and enjoyable, "she looks forward to meeting new clients and greeting our existing clients." In addition to her management experience, Nicole is a graduate from Blades School of Hair Design and a licensed cosmetologist.  When not working or caring for her family, Nicole loves traveling, skiing and spending time on the water, swimming and boating.

Susan Perciasepe RN, CCRN/ Laser Specialist

 Susan has lived in Southern Maryland since 1978. She has been in Critical Care since 1975 and continues to practice in the field. Susan is certified as a Critical Care Nurse from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Now that both of her children have graduated college, Susan has pursued other interests. Susan is a specialist in Lumenis One Laser Hair Removal and Intense Pulse Light Therapy for skin rejuvenation. She is also trained in Sciton Laser Therapy. In addition, she is knowledgeable in Bio- Identical Hormone Therapy and the HCG program that is offered at the Medi- Spa. Susan is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and a charter member of the Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the Society for Vascular Nursing. Susan has been nominated for Nurse of the Year at the hospital where she is employed. She is also a member of American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals.

Being a "Baby Boomer", Susan understands the challenges of women of all ages and looks forward to helping them reach their optimum goals.
